We know you will feel at home the moment you step through the doors of this vibrant two bedroom apartment located in the friendly community of The greens. Furnished in white and calming blues, with modern finishes and community views, relax and unwind here after a busy day exploring the city. The kitchen is semi-enclosed and looks onto the living room so you can still feel close to your loved ones while cooking up a storm. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you may need to prepare some quick meals at home which you can enjoy at the high-rise breakfast bar. In the inviting living area you will find a blue L-shaped sofa with matching armchair positioned in front of the big screen TV. Relax at the end of the busy day and watch a movie or step out onto the balcony and admire the community views before turning in for the night. The bedrooms each feature oversized beds fitted with Key Views signature crisp white linen which are so cosy and soft, you may end up laying in longer in the morning. The master bedroom has walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. The bathrooms have Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities leaving you feeling refreshed and smelling great all day.
The Greens community features an well-equipped gym, outdoor swimming pools and parking for one car.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.
House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee
The refundable security deposit is 2,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)
The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).
A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in toyourapartment.
